I see hope..!

Soo! Today I went to see my new psy (because the first one wasn't very.. hum.. nice? ) and I was very confident with her and she's very cool and open-minded c: After our 1h of talking, she told me a kind of challenge: I don't have to pull my hair for the next 21 days! Before, When I tried to spend an entire day without pulling, I always failed miserably. But now! I see hope: I know I can do it! I will stop pulling my hair! And if I don't succeed, I will try again! No matter what!
